Obituary
MADISON – Mark Robert Bronson, age 65, passed away at Kindred Hearts Memory Care on Wednesday, April 26, 2023. Mark was born on March 2, 1958 in Madison, WI to Donald and Ruth Bronson. He grew up in the Madison area but fell in love with a Monona girl, Mary Jo Morehouse. They were married on March 28, 1981 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Monona. Mark started a work career painting at Stoughton Trailers and finished at Bou-Matic as a Lazer Jet Operator. In free time he enjoyed his weekly, men’s bowling league, in Evansville. Mark also was fond of camping, fishing, playing slot machines at the bowling alley, but most of all, his love for Elvis. His true love was his family, especially his grandkids. HIs grandkids were his everything.
Mark is survived by his wife of 42 years, Mary Jo; daughters, Donna (John) Schaefer, Lisa (Jose), Jessica (James) Tomasik, and Debbie Jo (Tyson Meier); grandchildren, Tyson, Dylan, Hannah, Connor, Shelby, and Stephanie; and siblings, Deborah (Bob) Skaggs, Maria (Scott) Berryman, and Chris Bronson. He is further survived by multiple nieces, nephews, other family, and friends. Mark is preceded in death by his parents.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
The family would like to thank Frances and Kali from My Choice. And a special thank you to the staff at Kindred Hearts, especially, Autumn, Jordan, and Davinia.
