Ohh, dear Joanie! How many memories come to mind where you and I and our " boyfriends" are concerned..as we were roommates in Nursing School. My heart weeps for you as you well know, I've already walked this road. Love you and you and Jim will always be a sweet part oh my history as we became R.Ns!

Joan and family- We are so grateful to have raised our children on Lake Wisconsin next to the most amazing neighbors ever. When I was exasperated with my children's behavior, Jim always had an amused expression and would say something comforting, such as "I know exactly how you are feeling, they will turn out fine." These are some magical memories I have off of the top of my head that figure into Glen, Reid, and Tess's childhood; Jim delivering a chocolate fountain complete with strawberries and pound cake, generous unlimited access to your swimming pool, the amazing digging toy Jim built for us, holding off on shoveling our shared driveway so the kids could use it as a toboggan run, orioles attracted to our yards due to grape jam feeders Jim made, every dog in the neighborhood showing up for a game of fetch with Jim, the beautiful flowers you both cultivated that we could enjoy from our house too. Blessings and comfort to Jim's beloved family.
