Obituary
Called into the loving arms of God on Monday, July 31, 2023, in Madison, WI (formerly of Elm Grove, WI), age 89 years.
She was the beloved wife of the late Richard, dear mother of Karen Zilles Hickel. Loving grandmother of Benjamin, Jeffrey, and Alexander (Natalie) Hickel. Dear sister of the late Lucille (Richard) Schneider, the late Josephine (Raymond) Thompson, the late Peter (Marion) Chiello, and the late Phillip (Mildred) Chiello. Survived by many loving family members and wonderful friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Visitation Parish, 1260 Church St, Elm Grove. A visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the church. Entombment will be held at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Milwaukee.
She retired as an Assistant Manager from Wisconsin Bell and was a devoted member of St. Mary’s Visitation Parish.
A heartfelt thanks to the excellent staff at Bright Star Senior Living, Waunakee, who provided exceptional loving care to Rose.
