Obituary
Lillie Mae Miles, born February 28th, 1939, fell asleep in death on May 24th, 2024 at the age of 85. She was born in Earl Arkansas, raised in Chicago, Illinois and spent the majority of her adult life in Madison, Wisconsin.
Lillie was loved, admired, trusted, and cherished by many. She spent much time caring for others during her decades as a nurse. Her love for people and generous spirit was manifested in the many things she did for others. With her famous meals and gatherings, she lovingly showed hospitality to thousands! She loved to cook, do laundry, and sew. She was always eager to teach others about her passions.
Her greatest love though, was her love for her God, Jehovah. She loved him so much that in 1965, she made the choice to dedicate her life to him. Her next closest companion in her heart was her dear sweet friend and loving husband, of almost 65 years George Miles. She spread her love and affection to family and friends to no end.
We will dearly miss our Lillie and look forward to the time when we can embrace her, dance with her, sing with her, and laugh with her once again in Jehovah's amazing New World!

We are going to miss Lillie so much and will be happy to welcome her back in a healthy, pain free body. Her faithful example has been so valuable for so many over the years. Can't wait to work side by side together in Jehovah's new world. Love from Pat, Shirley and Beth Bredlau

My name is Marilyn Miles-Butler I met Mrs. Miles while she was doing field service, when we found out that our last names were the same she always stuck in my mind wondering how she's doing. She was a beautiful soul. RIP
