She is preceded in death by her father, Arleigh Persinger.

Dear Family, Sharon has passed up to heaven way to early and my heart is sad that the family will be grieving such an amazing woman. I will remember her as a loving, kind and gentle woman with an easy-going character who would do anything for those she cared for. She was a joy to be around because always had such a good attitude and great ideas in most situations. I will always remember her from bowling(Northgate juniors) and traveling leagues in which I looked up to her and hoped I'd develop into a great bowler like her! Her love of everything bowling was amazing. I also remember many card games, camping and most of all her great desserts. Many times when I went to Bill and Sharon's home she was busy making cookies or some amazing delicious treat for the entire family. It smelled like fresh baked cookies often. Now who wouldn't like that right? Sharon was an amazing sister-n-law when I was married to Jay. I sincerely wish the family the comfort and love going forward. Sharon may you look down upon your family and provide them guidance as they are in pain and know that you were extremely loved and will be missed. Love, Diana
