To the family of Brenda- I was very shocked and saddened to read the passing of her wonderful soul. I went to nursing school with your mom. I enjoyed her very much. She is a wonderful lady with a lot of character. Although we lost touch in the years after graduating, I think of her daily as I put a pair of gold hoop earrings in my ears every morning that she bought me for driving her to clinicals in the "city". My morning thoughts of your mother will now shift from a giggle and smile to a blessing of peace for each of you. I pray you have as much fun in life as she did. Peace.- Jen Nickel

I was so sorry to hear about Brenda's passing. She was so fun to work with at MMHI. We used to do crossword puzzles during breaks and meet for good coffee at EVP after work. I loved her appreciation of a good book, a great recipe and a strong up of coffee. I learned a lot from her and so appreciated her humor, warmth and acceptance. I know she loved her family so much and I am so very sorry for your loss.
