Deborah Stapel

Deborah Ann Stapel (Beal), born to Esther and Martin (Mickey) Beal, lost a short but difficult battle with cancer on July 14, 2024, at the age of 67. She is survived by her Husband Paul, as well as her older siblings: Jim (Michael), Karen (Mike), Diane, and Richard, children: Jeremy (Jessica), Tyler (Lindsey), Phillip (Ashton), and grandchildren: Cole, Laina, Myles, Dane, Ryder, Eli, and Kirin.

Although taken away from all of us at far too young an age, Deborah lived a full life with many special experiences. She raised a family with three exceptional sons while living in Utah, California, and Wisconsin. The huge impact she had on her sons is easily seen today as each of them have married wonderful women and are now raising their own children. Deborah always found her grandchildren to be the source of great joy and loved them dearly. She felt fortunate that she was able to stay with us long enough to see her seventh grandchild born just a few weeks ago.

Deborah Stapel, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother died at her home surrounded by her family on the day of her 40th wedding anniversary. She will be greatly missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held on July 23, 2024 from 5-7 pm at Ryan Funeral Home, 2418 N Sherman Ave, Madison, WI 53704.
