John, oh what stories we could tell our moms! Your mom, such a go getter, so friendly and out going. She was a gift to the community. And her voice, who could forget? You will miss her as I miss you, my friend.

Mary, known to me as "John's mom," had personalty. Best example: As she was driving a couple of us to high school on a cold winter day, our of her mouth pops this: " She was only a stableman's daughter but all of the 'horsemenknewher.'" ( Sound it out.) She will live on whenever anyone reading this remembers and recites those lines. Plus she had good kids and a good run. Please extend my condolences to all of the family. Tim Young

Charley and John - Responding a bit late here, but Dave and I had a lot of great times at your house with you guys and your mom. I especially remember watching the moon landing in your living room! And motoring around in the Bronco (I think). A wonderful, fun lady - you are lucky to have had her for so long. All the best, Bill Dornfeld
