Jeffrey Reid

MADISON – Jeffrey L. Reid, age 57, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 16, 2024. Jeff was born on September 14, 1967, in Albia, Iowa to Terry and Rita (Worman) Reid. He grew up in Oregon and graduated from Grants Pass High School. He was a firefighter at Grants Pass Rural Fire Department for many years combating structure and wildfires. Jeff married the love of his life, Bonnie Jean Moreno on February 11, 2011, in Grants Pass, Oregon. He loved gaming, especially playing World of Warcraft with his wife. Jeff worked so hard to become a better person and I was very proud of who he was becoming.

Jeff is survived by his wife of 13 years, Bonnie; children, Jesse, Crystal Malloy, Michael Jones, Terry “Dallas” (Jessica), and Trish Jones; 11 grandchildren; parents; grandma, Ellen Worman; brother, Chris (Ida). He is further survived by other family and friends. Jeff is preceded in death by his sister, Kimberly.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 11:00am at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 2418 N. Sherman Ave, Madison. A visitation will be held from 10:00am until time of services on Saturday at the church.
