You have my deepest sympathy. My wife(Linda) and I both worked at the ECB. Jim made it so much more fun to come to work. We enjoyed his wit in the breakroom. He brought us so many laughs. When Jim stopped responding to my emails a few years ago I figured something was wrong but I didn't want to pry. I hope the new year helps you find peace. Larry Dokken

I well remember Jim's work at ECB; he served as the mouthpiece for the Agency whenever us Engineering types failed! Jim was the guy who wrote and filed the press releases that explained what went bad in the tech end of things. His sparkling sense of humor and warm friendship were a very welcome addition to the "forth floor" gang at ECB. I was quite sorry when he retired; he was greatly missed. I kept contact with him over the years via E-mail, but the last 2 or 3 years he was slowly going silent there. Condolences to Jim's family and friends. He was one of the GOOD ones from those days of Public broadcasting.

Dear Susan and Dorothy, I only saw Jim on my way going to or from piano lessons with Dorothy. I wanted to say that I am praying for you and your family. Please take good care. Sincerely, Rhonda (Legrey) Collier
