I wonder if this is the Joe Foth that I knew in Madison in the late 1960's. We lived in Turner House, Kronsage Hall on the shore of Lake Mendota in the 1968-69 school year at UW. He was a very friendly and helpful man, always positive in his outlook and comments. Sympathies to his wife and children. He might have known my wife, Joan, who died in 1998.
