Harry was a dear customer at Metcalfe's Market, where I work in the Bakery. I'm sorry that I don't have the words to express my affection and respect and sympathy for him. Gentle, yes, and also honest, honorable, humble, strong, and wise. Thank you, Harry.

Thank you Sam. My parents enjoyed the kiwi trip. They were very thankful for the kindness they received from you all. Harry was very a fun dad. I am so happy you have a painting. My favorites were his birds.

I didnt get to know Harry until the past 5 years when he was a regular at the kwik trip I worked at. He was far and away the favorite customer of everyone who worked there. Not even close. The love he had for his wife was so deep, he rarely talked about anything else. I have multiple memories of him giving me priceless life advice, and was lucky enough to purchase one of his paintings he made (he insisted it wasnt worth any money but I was having none of that). A truly good man in a world that needs more of them
