Love you grandpa, thank you for always being there for me. I will cherish the times we had and carry the lessons you taught me for the rest of my time here. I am thankful you found the peace and comfort you deserved after an incredible 89 year journey.

Losing a loved one is never easy. Karen, please be at peace knowing you gave your dad the best especially in his later years, caring for him the past 5 years. You both were lucky to have had this time together. Cherish the beautiful memories, stories and time together. I remember a few times at your home and your dad was keeping you on your toes to make sure dinner was ready and on the table at 5:30!! You provided the routine, and predictably he needed, helping him and being there for him everyday even while balancing your other responsibilities . You gave your dad the best gift ever!! You and your family are in my thoughts.

I grew to know Robert quite well over the last year. From watching Wheel of Fortune or his favorite Westerns. He shared stories with me about his time in the services plus his years working for AT&T. My fondest memories were sitting around the dinner table have meals as a family. Karen took great pride in making wholesome delicious meals that she prepared with the love of her family always present. Thank you for the wonderful memories you will be deeply missed
