Lawrence "Larry" Luther, Jr.

To the Family of Larry Luther, I had the honor of working with Larry as a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper in the early 1980s. Over the last 15 years I had the pleasure of attending several WSP retiree monthly breakfasts with Larry. I enjoyed his many stories and details of his career and his knowledge of much of the history of the WSP. Every year in December he would quietly let our breakfast waitress know that he was going to pay the bill for everyone attending. He was a true gentleman who cared about his friends and colleagues.
