Jacob Bergeron

Jake, you will be missed. Jake and I met at college in West Virginia. Here we grew up just a few miles away from each other (I was Ham Lake, MN, and attended schools close to one another, but we met across the country at college. Naturally we became very good friends with much in common from MN, similar family values, a passion for the outdoors, adventures, hunting, etc. Jake and I were also roommates for some time in my townhouse in Blaine club west. Jake was an honorable man who served his family, the lord and his country very proudly. I am happy to have been fortunate enough to have been Jake’s friend for a moment in life. Jake you will be missed my friend. My deepest condolences to all of Jakes family.

Jake - You will be greatly missed by your friends and family at TASC. You championed service excellence in everything you touched. You had a passion for making a difference which extended well beyond the office through meaningful service to the country. Above all your achievements, I will remember you for your heart and dedication to family. I will also remember you for pushing me at the athletic club where you encouraged me to improve 1% each day, where tiny manageable changes, can lead to sustained long-term growth. Rest in eternal peace. You left a lasting mark on all of us.

Jake was a great neighbor, a wonderful family man, and a good friend. He always had a way of making everyone in the neighborhood laugh with his great jokes and sense of humor. He always had a nice bourbon in hand and loved sitting out in his backyard, watching the dogs run around. Those are the simple moments I’ll always remember. Jake was always keeping up with what was going on with my projects and would send me funny text messages that always seemed to come at just the right time. That was Jake—always paying attention and always finding a way to make you laugh. He will be deeply missed, and our late-night poker games will never be the same without him. Don’t worry, Jake. As your neighbor and friend, I’ll make sure your family is taken care of. I’ll be there to help Kristy and Jameson with whatever projects or anything else they may need. Rest easy, Jake.
