Bill was the best neighbor one could ask for. He always had a smile on his face and a friendly hello. He was always planting new trees and helping keep our neighborhood beautiful!!! He helped us fix our lawn mower several times and he was so kind!!! We loved seeing him and Becky go out on a sunny day in their convertible:). We will always have Bill in our hearts and we will miss him tremendously!Love,Ed and Andrea Chao

I will always have nothing but fond memories of Bill and his brother Joe. Bill and I actually shared our first "Bachelor pad" together in Janesville. We recently reconnected on Facebook. So sad to hear of his passing.
