Sincerest sympathy to family Lumina. I went to school with Joe and Carrie, both were always kind and caring.

Joe will always have a special place in my heart. His smile spread so far.

I am so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. I knew Joe for years while working at Goodwill where I was their community health nurse. He was always a delight to see, such a good sense of humor. My sincere condolences to his family. RIP Joe.
