Jeanette Pfeil, 79, of Waunakee passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, May 7, 2024. Jeanette was born in Richland Center, WI, on August 5, 1944, to Selma (Young) and Glen Waddell. She married the love of her life, Dennis Pfeil, on September 5, 1964. Jeanette graduated from Baraboo High School in 1962. She worked at both the Wisconsin Eye Bank and UW Hospital & Clinics throughout her life. She received her degree and certification as a massage therapist specializing in senior citizen care and avidly utilized her skills to help heal others. She participated in countless vigils and visits, served as a Eucharistic Minister throughout south central Wisconsin for the Diocese of Madison, and was involved with the Meals on Wheels program for many years. Jeanette made her home in the Waunakee area for more than forty-eight years.
